Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy


No Returns or Exchanges on all jewelry and handbags.

If your product is defective or damaged, you will be able to open a dispute (if applicable) with the exception of:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is up for dispute more than 7 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)

Once your dispute is received and the case is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund in original form of payment OR refund with a store credit only has been approved or rejected.

Upon approval of your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange upon inspection of the returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your refund in the original form of payment OR a store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days. Customer is reliable for the shipping cost when purchasing with store credit.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, unless original purchased item is out of stock, additional offers can be made. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@swansnature.com


Gift Purchases not applicable 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then the gift giver must open the dispute. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and therefore will not be responsible for any returned products not received.

In-Person purchases

At SwansNature, we urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for the receipt if purchased in person. 

Any orders purchased in person, you are responsible to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving and/or signing for receipt. If there is an issue with the item(s) you purchased after you received and/or signed the receipt, based on the situation, Swansnature has the right to decline any request of returns or exchanges. However, we want to make sure each customer is satisfied with their purchase and is willing to handle "case by case" occurrences at the present time or you can email a team member at info@swansnature.com

 

 

 

 Cancellation on Orders 

Cancellation of orders once purchased and confirmed via email but has not yet been shipped to their destination, can be canceled if the cancellation request is sent within 30 minutes of the time the order was placed and confirmed via email. Any cancellation requests sent past the cancellation time period will be issued a store credit only of the same value amount as the original order. Item(s) can be exchanged, not to exceed the value amount of the original order and/or item, if available at the time of exchange - store credit will be issued for any amount that is less than and/or remaining from the value of the exchanged item.  In order to cancel an item, please send the request to info@swansnature.com with the order # in the subject line.
