Shipping policy

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?

  • All orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and leave our facility after purchase. In some cases, it can take more than 5 business days. Orders placed during the holidays* (applies to the entire week that the holiday falls on*) and/or sale promotions can take up to 10 business days to process and fulfill after purchase.  Domestic standard shipping transit times range from 2-4 business days, depending on shipping method chosen and destination. 
  • Any orders placed on a holiday or the weekend ( Friday, Saturday or Sunday) your order will begin processing the next business day.  
  • All "FREE" shipping promotions, codes or discounts apply to standard USPS shipping only. This excludes USPS Priority Mail Express, DHL, DHL Express, UPS or international shipping.
  • Express Shipping is not available on any orders placed on a holiday and/or the week of a holiday* (applies to the week and/or weekend of the holiday falls on) Or weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
  • For orders shipping to the U.S., you’ll find an estimated arrival time listed on the checkout page. This arrival date is not calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and leave the facility. 

Delivery

Your order delivery method is determined by the weight of your order and/or the shipping option you choose (before tax). The delivery date depends on the destination address and the shipping method. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped to stay up to date on your delivery.

Shipping To Alternate Addresses

If you will not be home to sign for your order, SwansNature can ship your order to your place of work, or another convenient destination. If you would like to change your shipping destination after your order is complete, email info@swansnature.com to request a change of address. If you do not make the request, your order will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of order.

Customers must check all the details on the confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. SwansNature is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses submitted by the purchaser. All order information is indicated on order your confirmation and it is encouraged that you check it upon completion of your order. 

Shipping Carriers

    All Swansnaure orders ship with a trusted carrier.  SwansNature orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of USPS and UPS shipping. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not received/located upon confirmation of "delivered" from USPS OR UPS tracking system. Please contact your local postal service office for delivered packages that are not seen or located at the destination provided.

    All orders are shipped via a secure carrier, delivery speed is based on the pre-tax value of your order. SwansNature will only ship to a street address for UPS, no P.O. Box addresses. Signature requirements for delivery:

    • For orders totaling $300 or more, a signature is required, regardless of any waivers you may have with our carrier 

    International Orders:

    We currently do not ship outside of the US with the exception of all US territories.
